Other Details:

• It is fast air drying and useful for Thermal Class B(130°C).
• It is used as finishing varnish and impregnating varnish to protect electrical machines and appliances against moisture and chemicals.
• The elastic varnish film is characterized by very good mechanical properties such as hardness, flexibility, penetration, Adhesion and Bonding strength.
• The cured film is resistance to moisture, dilute acids, alkalis, chemicals like benzene & toluene oils and tropical Climate from O°C to 55°C. It has good dielectric behavior and dielectric strength.

Application Method:

• Jyoti-111-FD can be applied by spraying, brushing & dipping methods. Curing occurs at room temperature but can be made faster by heat
• The supplied is used in application methods and second coat is done after 60 minutes, if desired.
• The varnish filled tank is covered tightly to prevent losses of solvents viscosity can be well maintained. Otherwise Thinner-111 is used to adjust optimum viscosity

Uses:

• Jyoti-111-FD is used as a finishing, impregnating & coating varnish for Transformer, electric motors, transformer oil tanks, synthetic resins, stamping stacks, bonded, phenolic laminates, circuit boards
• Jyoti-111-FD is used to protect against chemicals & moisture to above electrical appliances

Warning: 

• Destroy the bottle after use and don,t use again
• Do not use to fill any item for human/ animal consumption. 
• Do not accept the bottle if the cap seal is broken
